Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before utilizing the Healthy Meal Planner mobile application ("the Application") or this website, operated and developed by Gree Web Solutions ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, browsing, or using Healthy Meal Planner, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to every clause outlined herein, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue using the Application.

It cannot replace personalized medical consultations from licensed healthcare professionals.

Packaging, manufacturing facility cross-contamination, and regional formula differences vary. You must inspect individual ingredient labels prior to preparation.
- Waiver of Liability for Reactions: Gree Web Solutions and its content developers assume no legal liability for allergic reactions, anaphylaxis, foodborne sickness, intolerances, or adverse dietary issues resulting from recipes or meal suggestions within the Application.

4. License to Use & User Conduct
Personal Limited License: Gree Web Solutions grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the Application for personal, non-commercial lifestyle planning on compatible Android devices owned or controlled by you.
Prohibited Actions: You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or proprietary recipe dataset of the Application.
- Redistribute, sublicense, commercially scrape, or repackage the curated recipe catalog without explicit written authorization.
- Utilize the Application for any unlawful, deceptive, or abusive intent.
5. User-Generated Content (Custom Recipes)
Healthy Meal Planner allows you to formulate, save, and modify personal recipes within Recipe Studio. You retain complete ownership of content you originate. Because your custom recipes are saved strictly on your local device, you are exclusively responsible for creating manual backups. We are not liable for recipe loss caused by device replacement, operating system resets, or uninstallation.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All visual designs, user interface layouts, software code, custom illustrations, curated recipe guides, icons, and trademarks related to Healthy Meal Planner are the intellectual property of Gree Web Solutions and its licensors, protected under applicable domestic and international copyright laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPLICATION IS FURNISHED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE PERFORMANCE.

These Terms remain operative until terminated by you or Gree Web Solutions. You may terminate at any time by ceasing all use of the Application and deleting it from your device.
